Our school canteen is a P&C run canteen.
The canteen is now managed by Mrs Chris Berston who is a wonderful new addition to our school community. Chris has some great ideas and we will be seeing a number of changes in the canteen over the coming weeks. Chris works tirelessly to provide an interesting, nutritious and economical menu for the children.
The canteen follows the healthy schools guidelines set out by the Department of Education and Training.

Procedure for Lunch and Recess Ordering
The canteen is open 5 days a week and volunteers are always welcome.
Orders:
If your child has a food
allergy please notify the canteen and the front office.
· Use a bag large enough for all food (not drinks) to fit
· If you don’t have a bag you can purchase one with the order
· Write your child’s name and class clearly on the bag
· Write the food and drink order on the bag (with prices if known)
· Enclose the correct money if possible (if not change will be given)
Forgotten Recesses / Lunches:
Your child will not go hungry but they will only be provided with:
Recess
· A muffin cheese melt
Lunch
· A sandwich – choice of vegemite, honey or jam
· A piece of fruit (from daily selection)
If we provide your child with food an account will be sent home for payment the following day.
No credit will be given for food ordered or bought from the canteen.
